Abstract submission guide lines
We welcome abstract submissions for oral as well as poster contributions.

Please prepare your abstract in English by using the Microsoft Word template (DOWNLOAD HERE). You are required to submit only one version of your abstract.
The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.
Please follow these instructions for submitting your abstract:
Important: To ensure your submission is considered, you must be registered for to the conference, then submit the Abstract.
- Posters must be submitted ONLY as PDF files.
- Rename the file with the name of the presenting author, e.g. Abstract_SurnameName_oral.
- File size is limited to 2 Megabytes.
- Upload the PDF file using the “Abstract” in the drop down list.
Poster submission
Please follow these instructions for submitting your poster:

- Posters must be submitted ONLY as PDF files.
- Rename the file with the name of the presenting author, e.g. Poster_SurnameName_oral.
- File size is limited to 2 Megabytes.
- Upload the PDF file using the “Poster” in the drop down list.
Please note that the printing of posters and the related costs are the responsibility of the participant, as the conference organizers do not provide this service.
